At Gabi & Co., each piece is created with intention and care. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and offer a limited warranty to ensure your experience reflects that standard.

1. Coverage

Gabi & Co. provides a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects, including:

Structural issues (e.g., broken clasps, faulty links, or closures)
Defects in craftsmanship or assembly

If a covered issue arises, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Scratches, dents, or surface damage
Tarnishing due to exposure to moisture, chemicals, or improper care
Damage from accidents, misuse, or alterations
Lost or stolen items

Because our pieces are designed to be worn and lived in, subtle changes over time are expected and not considered defects.

3. Warranty Claims

To initiate a claim, please contact us at hello@gabicheer.com within the warranty period and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for return or repair.

4. Repairs Outside Warranty

We may offer repair services for issues not covered under warranty. These services may be subject to a fee, depending on the nature of the repair.

5. Care Responsibility

Proper care is essential to maintain the integrity of your piece. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

6. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Gabi & Co.’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the item. We do not offer refunds under this warranty.
